Ng'ombe Ndi Malangizo a Selari:
1. Dulani njuchi kudutsa njere * kuti mukhale magawo ofunda pafupifupi 1/2-inches long. Ikani njuchi mu mbale ndikuwonjezera msuzi wa soya, kuphika vinyo kapena sherry, mafuta a sesame, ndi chimanga. Sungani ng'ombeyi kwa mphindi 15.
2. Sakanizani msuzi wakuda soy, vinyo wa mpunga kapena sherry, madzi, ndi shuga mu mbale yaing'ono. Khalani pambali.
3. Kutenthetsa wokonda kapena wotentha pamsana-kutentha mpaka utasuta.
Onjezerani supuni 1 1/2 yamapuni. Pamene mafuta akutentha, onjezerani adyo. Limbikitsani masabata 10, kenaka yikani ng'ombe. Sakanizani kafukufuku mwachidule, ndiye yesani-fry ng'ombeyo mpaka iyo isaninso pinki. Chotsani ndi kukhetsa mu colander kapena pa pepala matabwa.
4. Thirani supuni 1 1/2 mafuta mu wok kapena skillet. Pamene mafuta akutentha, yikani udzu winawake ndi mchere. Gwiritsani ntchito mowa wambiri udzu winawake mpaka utayamba kubiriwira (pafupifupi mphindi imodzi).
5. Onjezerani msuzi ndikubweretsa ku chithupsa. Wonjezerani ng'ombeyi kuti ikabwerenso poto. Limbikitsani mwatsatanetsatane kwa mphindi 1 - 2 kuti muyanjanitse. Kutumikira otentha.
