Chimene Mufuna
- 500 gms cuber paneer
- Ma gms 200 osungunuka

- 6 tbsps wa masamba / canola / mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa
- 1 ndi 1/2 makapu madzi otentha
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- 3 tbsps wandiweyani / iwiri / heavy cream
- 1/3 chikho cha coriander masamba okongoletsedwa kukongoletsa
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sungunulani anyezi mu phala wabwino mu pulogalamu ya chakudya. Khalani pambali.
- Kenaka pukutani tomato mu phala wabwino ndikupatulira.
- Kutenthetsa 2-3 tbsps wa masamba / canola / mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa mu poto wakuya ndipo pang'onopang'ono muthamangitse makomita a paneer mpaka golidi. Pamene golidi, chotsani pampukutu wa pepala ndikukhala pambali.
- Mu chimodzimodzi chotentha kutentha otsala 2-3 tbsps a masamba / canola / mpendadzuwa kuphika mafuta ndi kuwonjezera pa anyezi phala. Fry mpaka itembenuka kuwala. Muyenera kuyambitsa kawirikawiri kuti muteteze phala. Komanso musapitirire mwachangu pamene zidzasokoneza komanso ziwonongeke. - Kenaka, onjezerani coriander, chitowe, turmeric ndi garam masala powders, tizilombo towoneka bwino kwambiri tomwe timapanga tizilombo toyamwa tomwe timapuma, ndikupitirira mpaka mafuta ophika amayamba kupatukana ndi masala (zonunkhira).
- Tsopano onjezerani nandolo ku masala ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Kenaka yonjezerani mvula yoyamba yokazinga, madzi otentha ndi mchere kuti mulawe, kuchepetsa kutentha kuti imveke ndikuphika mpaka gravy ikulitse.
- Pamene nyembazo zimakhala zakuda monga momwe mungafunire, zitsani kutentha ndi kusakaniza mu kirimu.
- Kukongoletsa ndi masamba a coriander ndikutumikira.
- Mutter Paneer amasangalala ndi Chapati , Paratha , Naan komanso Jeera Rice .
