- 3 makapu masamba (kapena canola kapena mpendadzuwa) mafuta ophika okometsera (kapena owonjezera)
- Kwa Sauce:
- 3 tbsp. masamba (kapena canola kapena mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa)
- 2 anyezi akuluakulu (anagawa)
- 2 tomato (anagawa)
- 2 tbsp. phala la adyo
- 1 tbsp. kulumikiza ginger
- 2 tsp. coriander ufa
- 1 tbsp. chitowe ufa
- 1/2 tsp. tsabola wofiira
- 1 tsp. Mbeu za poppy (mopepuka wokazinga ndi kukhala pansi)
- 3 tbsp. mtedza (manyolo ndi amondi, zimakhala phala wandiweyani)
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- 2 tsp. garam masala
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani mbatata, masamba osakaniza, paneer ndi kirimu palimodzi. Onjezerani zonunkhira za kofta kuti mugwirane bwino ndikusakaniza bwino. Chifukwa cha mtanda chiyenera kukhazikika. Ngati simukuwonjezera zina mbatata yophika. Nyengo ndi mchere.
- Pangani mtanda uwu kukhala mipira ndikuyika 1/2 tsp ya nati ndi kusakaniza zoumba pakatikati mwa mpira uliwonse. Tsegulani muzungulo zopambana.
- Sungani mafuta osungunuka kuti muthamangitse koftas, pamoto wamkati. Pitirizani kuthamanga mozungulira kwambiri mpaka golide wonyezimira.
- Sungani pamapukutu a pamapepala ndipo pewani pambali.
- Pogwiritsa ntchito nyembazo, kutentha koyamba mafuta atatu pa poto wakuya ndi kutentha anyezi mpaka bulauni.
- Ikani mu phala pamodzi ndi tomato, anyezi, ginger, adyo, coriander, chitowe ndi ufa wofiira wa chilli.
- Ikani choyika ichi mu poto ndi mwachangu mpaka mafuta ayamba kupatukana ndi masala.
- Onjezerani nthanga za poppy ufa ndi mtedza wakuda ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Onjezerani 1 chikho cha madzi ofunda (msuzi wa mbale iyi iyenera kuti ikhale yandiweyani kotero musawonjezere madzi ochulukirapo) kwa masala awa kuti mupange msuzi / gravy. Sakanizani bwino. Nyengo ndi mchere.
- Bweretsani msuzi / gravy ku chithupsa ndikuchepetseni moto kuti musamve.
- Onjezerani kofas kwa msuzi / gravy ndikuphika osaphimbidwa kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Chotsani moto ndi kuwaza garam masala pamwamba pa mbale. Phimbani mwamsanga ndipo mulole kukhala mphindi zisanu.
- Tumikirani ndi Naan otentha (apamwamba ophika mkate wophikidwa ndi Indian) kapena Jeera Rice .
