- Onjezerani sipinachi, tsamba la fenugreek, phwetekere, coriander, chitowe, turmeric ndi garamu masala powders ndi kusakaniza bwino. Onetsani mchere kuti mulawe ndi kusakaniza bwino.
- Kuphika mpaka sipinachi ndi masamba a fenugreek ndi ofewa komanso ngati zamkati. Sakanizani mu phala lovuta. Ngati mukufuna, mungathe kuphatikizapo phala ili pulogalamu ya chakudya kuti mukhale osasinthasintha.
- Onjezerani makapuwa oyandikana nawo kale kuti mugwirane ndi kusakaniza kuti muveke zidutswazo.
