- Mu lalikulu, osati zitsulo zopangira zitsulo, ikani prawns ndi kutsanulira marinade pa iwo. Sakanizani kuti muzitsamba bwino prawns zonse.
- Phimbani mbale ndikusungira firiji kuti muziyenda panyanja pamene mukupanga.

- Onjezerani adyo ndi mapepala a ginger ndikupumira kwa mphindi imodzi.
- Onjezerani tomato, zonse zonunkhira, ndi mchere kuti mulawe. Sakanizani bwino.
- Sungani masala (osakaniza tomato-zonunkhira) mpaka mafuta ayamba kupatukana nawo. Izi zingatenge mphindi 10.
- Masala akayamba kuyang'anitsitsa, titsani kutentha.
- Ikani masala okonzeka mu pulogalamu ya chakudya ndikugaya mu phala losalala (musati muwonjezere madzi). Chotsani ndi kuyika mu chidebe chosiyana.

- Pogwiritsa ntchito poto yowonongeka mofanana monga poyamba, yatsani kutentha pa sing'anga.
- Mukakhala otentha, onjezerani ma prawns ndi marinade ndikupitiliza mpaka ma prawn ayamba kutembenuka.
- Onjezerani masala ndi 1/4 chikho chophika madzi ndi kusuntha bwino.
- Kuphika kwa mphindi 1 mpaka 2 ndikuzimitsa kutentha.
