Tanthauzo
(Scientific Name: Brassica Pekinensis). Ndibwino kuti mukhale ndi thanzi lapamwamba kuposa kabbaji zakumadzulo , Napa Cabbage ali ndi Vitamini C wambiri ndi zakudya zina. Monga tofu, Napa Kabichi imatenga zokometsera za zakudya zomwe zikuzungulira.
