- 2 tomato wamkulu (wothira, wothira, ndi odulidwa)
- 1/4 chikho cha madzi (nkhuku msuzi kapena masamba a masamba, kapena pakufunika)
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Tsabola wakuda mwatsopano kuti alawe
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani madzi ndi mandimu mu mbale yaikulu. Onjezerani okra ndipo mulole zilowerere kwa mphindi makumi atatu.
- Pakhungu lalikulu lopaka kapena papepala , kutentha kwa nyama yankhumba kumatentha.
- Sungani anyezi ndi adyo mpaka wachifundo. Yonjezerani okra ndikupitiriza kuphika, oyambitsa nthawi zonse, kwa mphindi zisanu. Onjezerani chimanga chatsopano kapena chophwanyika ndi tomato wodulidwa ndikuchepetseni kwapakati-otsika; kuphika kwa mphindi 10 mpaka 15 nthawi yaitali, oyambitsa nthawi zambiri.
- Ngati masamba ayamba kumira, kuwonjezera madzi pang'ono kapena msuzi. Pezani kutentha kwa malo otsikirapo, kuphimba, ndi kuimirira kwa mphindi zisanu motalika.
