- 1/3 chikho cha chitowe mbewu
- 1/4 chikho cha coriander mbewu
- 3 ndodo iliyonse ya cinnamon, kutalika kwa masentimita atatu
- 6 cloves
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Ikani ginger, anyezi, ndi adyo mu botolo la blender, ndipo muphatikize ku phala, kuwonjezerapo supuni ya madzi ngati kuli kofunikira. Khalani pambali.
- Ikani peppercorns, cloves, bay masamba, ndi mapepala a cardamom mu mbale imodzi.
- Ikani nthaka chitowe, coriander, cayenne ndi supuni 1 ya mchere mu mbale ina.
- Ikani yogolo mu mbale ina.
- Sambani ndi kuwaza ndi kukhetsa sipinachi yatsopano, khalani okonzeka kuwonjezera mu mbale. (Kapena sitsutsani sipinachi yachisanu.)
- Ikani supuni ya mchere yotsalayo mu mbale ina.
- Tsopano, kutentha mafuta a masamba mu uvuni waukulu wa ku Dutch.
- Mukatenthedwa, ikani peppercorns, cloves, bay masamba ndi cardamom pods.
- Yandikirani kwachiwiri. Tsopano yikani anyezi, adyo, ndi ginger.
- Onetsetsani ndipo mwachangu mpaka phala liyamba kukhala ndi specks.
- Onjezani chitowe, nthaka ya coriander, cayenne ndi supuni 1 ya mchere. Gwiritsani pamodzi, kenaka yikani nyama.
- Onetsetsani komanso mwachangu kwa mphindi.
- Kenaka, onjezerani supuni ya tiyi ya yogurt pa nthawi, mpaka yogurt yathyoledwa bwino ndi zinthu zina. Pitirizani kuyaka mpaka nyama itayang'anitsitsa pang'ono.
- Onjezerani sipinachi, pang'onopang'ono, kuyambitsa mochuluka ngati sipinachi mumapoto. Pitirizani kuyambitsa ndi kuphika mpaka sipinachi iwonongeke kwathunthu. Iyenera kusiya mpweya wake, kuphika nyama.
- Tsopano, yikani chisakanizo chonse pang'onopang'ono chophika / Chophika Chophika, ndipo mulole kuimira maola 6-8 pa maola apamwamba kapena 8 mpaka 10, mpaka nyama ili yabwino.
- Mukamaliza, perekani garam masala (malangizo omwe ali m'munsimu) pa nyama, ndipo muthamangire mkati, kenaka musamamine kwa mphindi zisanu. Ngati pali madzi ochulukirapo, sungani mchere kwa mphindi 5-10 mpaka msuzi wambiri.
