Okara Traditional Simmered

Simmered okara (mapira a soy) ndi chiyankhulo cha chiyanja chaku Japan. Ndicho chotsalira chomwe chimapanga kupanga tofu kapena mkaka wa soya. Pamodzi ndi bowa la Hoshi-shiitake, msuzi wa soya, kaloti, mirin ndi zinthu zina zochepa, zimaphatikiza pamodzi.
