- 1 lalikulu kapena 2 anyezi anyezi, okonzedwa bwino kwambiri
- 2 tbsp. kulumikiza ginger
- 2 tbsp. phala la adyo
- 1 lb (1/2 makilogalamu) nkhuku yophika nkhuku (ntchafu yopanda chidziwitso).
