- 2 kaloti wambiri omwe amawombera m'magazi ang'onoting'onoting'ono
- 1/2 chikho chobiriwira nandolo, parboiled
- 1 chikho cha caulifulawa florets, parboiled
- 1 sing'anga wonyezimira wobiriwira belu tsabola, mbewu zimachotsedwa ndikudulidwa m'mabwalo 1
- 1 chikho chinayi chinayi cubes
- 3 tbsps wandiweyani / iwiri / heavy cream

- Onjezerani adyo ndi mapepala a ginger komanso mwachangu kwa mphindi imodzi. Tsopano yikani phwetekere ndi phwete kwa mphindi imodzi.
