Chimene Mufuna
- 5 tbsps masamba / canola / mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa
- 1/2 makilogalamu wothira ndiwo zamasamba - kolifulawa, kaloti, nandolo, nyemba za ku France, mbatata - kudula muzidutswa tating'ono ting'ono
- 1 tsp
- Paanch Phoran masala
- 5 masamba a curry
- 1 lalikulu kapena 2 anyezi ang'onoting'ono, odulidwa bwino
- 2 tomato yaikulu odulidwa bwino
- 1 tbsp adyo phala
- 1 tsp ginger phala
- 1 tsp coriander ufa
- 1 tsp ufa wa chitowe
- 1/4 tsp
- turmeric ufa
- 1/2 Tsp tsabola wofiira
- mchere kuti mulawe
- 1/2 makilogalamu a shrimp / prawns (opukutidwa, mitu ndi miyendo itachotsedwa)
- 125 ml mkaka wakuda wa kokonati
- 2 tsp madzi a mandimu
- 2-3 tbsps akanadulidwa mwatsopano coriander
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Ikani poto wakuya kapena wok wokwera kutentha. Onjezerani 3 tbsps mafuta ophikira ndi kutentha.
- Mafuta akakhala otenthedwa, onjezerani masamba osakanikiranawo ndikuwusakaniza mwachangu mpaka pang'ono.
- Chotsani ndi supuni yowonongeka ndipo pewani pamapepala ophimba kuti mugwiritse ntchito.
- Mu poto lomwelo, onjezerani mafuta otsala ndi kutentha. Tsopano yikani Paanch Phonran, masamba a curry ndipo mulole kuti mwachangu mpaka phokoso lokhazikika.
- Tsopano yikani anyezi ndi mwachangu mpaka translucent. Onjezerani tomato ndi adyo komanso zidutswa za ginger. Fry masala iyi kwa mphindi imodzi, ndikuyendetsa kawirikawiri.
- Onjezerani zonunkhira zonse ndikusakaniza bwino. Fry mpaka mafuta ayamba kusiyanitsa ndi masala. Tsopano yonjezerani ma prawns ndikusuntha bwino. Kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3 - MUSAPOLEKA kapena prawns idzapeza rubbery.
- Onjezerani zamasamba, mkaka wa kokonati, madzi a mandimu ndi mchere kuti mulawe. Onetsetsani bwino ndi kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Kukongoletsa ndi coriander yatsopano. Chotsani kutentha ndikutumizira Curry ndi Mixed Vegetable Curry pabedi la mpunga wophika.
