Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani supuni ya mchere mu mbale ya madzi (pafupifupi makapu 3). Gwiritsani ntchito mbatata ndi mphanda ndikukwera mumadziwa kwa mphindi 20.
- Kutenthe mafuta ozama-frying, pa malawi apakati. Fryani mbatata zonse mpaka golide wagolide. Sungani pamapukutu a pamapepala ndipo pewani pambali.
- Sakanizani yoghurt, kashmiri chili, ginger, cardamom ndi fennel powders. Onjezerani mbatata ku kusakaniza uku ndikupatulira.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta a mpiru mu poto ina pamoto wonyezimira.
- Onjezerani ufa wa clove ndi asafetida ndi kusakaniza bwino. Onjezerani chikho chimodzi cha madzi otentha ndi mchere kuti mulawe ndi kubweretsa kwa chithupsa.
- Onjezerani izi ku mgwirizano wa mbatata-yoghurt, sungani bwino ndikuphimba.
- Sindikizani m'mphepete mwa chivundikiro cha poto ndi mtanda kuti muonetsetse kuti palibe nthunzi yomwe ingathawe. Valani chitofu, kuphika pamoto wotsika kwa mphindi 10-15.
