- Mu uvuni waukulu wa Dutch kapena mphika, kutentha mafuta a azitona pamsana wapakati. Yonjezerani anyezi ndi kupalasa mpaka mutuluka. Onjezerani adyo ndikuyimbira mpaka onunkhira, pafupi mphindi imodzi.
- Onjezani nyemba zobiriwira, mbatata, ndi kaloti ku mphika. Sungunulani phwetekere m'madzi ndi kuwonjezera, pamodzi ndi tomato wosweka, parsley, ndi shuga. Lembetsani kutentha kwasinkhu komanso kamodzi kamene kamakulungidwa kwa ola limodzi kapena mpaka nyemba zobiriwira zili zachikondi koma osati mushy.
