Chimene Mufuna
- 3 acorn squash

- 1 phukusi logulitsidwa chimanga chosakaniza chogwiritsira ntchito mankhwala (onetsetsani chizindikiro kuti zitsimikizirani ngati zamasamba)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Kutentha kotentha kwa madigiri 400.
- Lembani sikwashi iliyonse mu hafu ndikuchotsani njere. Tsambulani sikwashi ndi margarine wofewa ndi kuika pambali.
- Mu skillet wamkulu, sautee anyezi, udzu winawake ndi apulo mu mafuta a maolivi kwa mphindi 6-8. Kuchepetsa kutentha ndi kuwonjezera mazira a mapulo, zoumba, zitsamba, mchere ndi tsabola ndi kusonkhezera kuphatikiza.
- Mu mbale yaikulu, sungani zitsulo zosakaniza ndi anyezi, udzu winawake ndi chisakanizo cha apulo mpaka mutagwirizana. Sakanizani kusakaniza uku mu sikwashi theka.
- Phimba squash aliyense ndi zojambulazo ndikuphika 40-45 mphindi, kapena mpaka squash ndi yofewa. Tumikirani ndi zamasamba ngati mukufuna ndikuzisangalala!
