- 1 nyemba zobiriwira (kapena 1 zukini pang'ono, kapena masamba ena osankha)

- Pulogalamu yamtundu, malo obiriwira, katsabola, ginger, mandimu, coriander, chitowe, nsomba za shrimp, coriander, tsabola woyera, nsomba ya msuzi, shuga wofiirira, madzi a mandimu komanso 1/4 akhoza mkaka wa kokonati.
