Green Curry amakonda ngati curry wobiriwira ayenera - mwatsopano kwambiri ndi zinging ndi kukoma, kuphatikizapo 'zokoma' popanda kukhala wolemera kwambiri! Zimaphatikizapo tofu kapena nkhuku (kusankha) kwa mapuloteni, kuphatikizapo ndiwo zamasamba zambiri zathanzi kuti muzitha kuteteza banja lanu ndi abwenzi. - Kaffir laimu masamba (atsopano kapena ozizira)
- Kwa Green Curry Paste:
- 1 phesi
- mandimu (thinly sliced, OR 3 Tbsp.
- Mazira okonzedwa ndi mazira opezeka m'masitolo a ku Asia)
- 1/4 akhoza mkaka wa kokonati
- 1 mpaka 3 maluwa okongola achi Thai (OR jalapeno)
- Chikho cha 1 chikho (zodzaza, masamba & stems)
- 1 shallot (odulidwa)
- 4 mpaka 5 cloves adyo
- 1 mpaka 2 inch chidutswa galangal (OR manyowa, kagawo)
- 1 Tbsp. msuzi wa soya
- 2 Tbsp. Madzi a mandimu (atsopano)
- 1/2 tsp. chitowe (nthaka)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander (nthaka)
- 1/2 tsp. Tsabola woyera (nthaka, yomwe imapezeka m'mipata yambiri ya supermarket)
- 1 tsp. shuga wofiira
- 1/2 tsp. mchere

Kuti mumve zambiri za mandimu, onani: Kodi Mungakonze Bwanji Maluwa Oyera?
- Ikani zonse 'green curry phala' zosakaniza mu pulogalamu ya zakudya kapena blender ndi blitz kuti mupange phala lobiriwira la curry (mungafunike kuwonjezera mkaka wa kokonati ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito blender). Kupanga msuzi ndi dzanja: Mphindi ndi kusonkhezera msuzi onse pamodzi mu mbale, OR mugwiritseni ntchito pestle & mortar kuti mugwiritse ntchito mankhwala osakaniza. Khalani pambali.
- Ikani wokiti kapena lalikulu frying poto pa sing'anga-kutentha kwambiri. Onjezerani 1-2 Tbsp. mafuta ndikuzungulira mozungulira, kenaka yonjezerani phala lobiriwira lomwe mumangopanga. Limbikitsani 1 mphindi kuti mutulutse fungo lokoma.
- Onjezani tofu kapena nkhuku. Tsatirani-mwachangu mpaka bwino mutadzaza ndi msuzi.
- Onjezerani katunduyo kuphatikizapo masamba a laimu (ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito). Onetsetsani ndi kuchepetsa kutentha kwapakatikati. Pepani simmer mphindi zisanu.
- Onjezerani mkaka wa kokonati, kuphatikizapo masamba (kupatula basil) ndipo pitirizani kulira maminiti asanu ndi awiri kapena asanu, mpaka mutachepetse.
- Chotsani zowonjezera kutentha ndi kuyesa-kuyesa mchere ndi zonunkhira. Ngati si mchere mokwanira, onjezerani mchere wambiri. Ngati mchere wochuluka kwa kukoma kwanu, onjezerani wina kufinya kwa madzi a mandimu. Ngati ndi zokometsera kwambiri, onjezerani mkaka wambiri wa kokonati. Ngati mukufuna kuti zikhale zotsekemera, onjezani shuga pang'ono.
- Kutumikira mwachindunji kunja kwa wok, kapena kusamukira ku mbale yotumikira. Fukani pazitsulo zatsopano (kagawani masamba akuluakulu kuti asakanike). Kapepala kakang'ono kofiira kamagwiritsidwanso ntchito ngati topping, kapena kuwonjezera zonunkhira. Kutumikira ndi mpunga wambiri wa jasmine wa Thai , ndipo Kondwerani!
