- Sambani nsomba bwino, sungani madzi ONSE ndikupukuta chidutswa chilichonse ndi pepala. Ikani nsomba pamalo apamwamba.
- Pukutani mchere ( haldi ) ndi mchere pamwamba pa nsomba ndikuzisakaniza bwino kuti nsomba zonse zikhale bwino ndi marinade. Ikani pambali kwa mphindi 30.
- Nsomba zikayenda panyanja, yikani frying pan pa kutentha kwapakati, kuti muthamangire nsomba. Poto ikatentha, onjezerani mafuta ophika ndi kutentha.
- Fryani nsombazo mpaka aliyense ali golide kumbali zonsezo. Musati muzitsuka poto ndikukumbukira kukhala ofatsa ndi nsomba pamene imaphika mofulumira ndipo imatha kuswa mosavuta. Mukawotchera, chotsani pamapiriti a pamapepala kuti musunge ndi kusunga kuti mugwiritse ntchito.
Pangani Gravy
- Gwiritsani ntchito mafuta omwewo (onjezerani ngati kuli kofunikira) kuti muzitsuka mbatata mpaka iwo ataphika ndi golidi. Sungani ndi kusunga pamapepala a pepala kuti mugwiritse ntchito.
- Ngati pali mafuta ophika omwe amachoka ku frying (nsomba ndi mbatata), gwiritsani ntchito mu sitepe yotsatirayi. Onjezerani zambiri ngati pakufunika.
- Sungani mafuta ophikira pa kutentha kwapakati ndi kuwonjezera tsamba la bay , mapaipi a cardamom, ndi mbewu za chitowe. Sungani mpaka phokoso limasiya.
- Tsopano yikani phala wa anyezi, phala la ginger, ndi phala la adyo ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi 4 mpaka 5.

- Onjezerani makapu 1 1/2 mpaka 2 a madzi otentha ndi mbatata yakale yokazinga. Bweretsani ku chithupsa ndikuchepetseni kutentha kuti musamve. Kuphika mpaka mbatata yatha.
- Tsopano onjezerani zidutswa za nsomba zowonongedwa kale ndikusakaniza mofatsa. Koperani mphindi 4 mpaka 5 kuti mupitenso nsomba.
