- Tsopano yikani turmeric ufa ndi kusonkhezera bwino. Tsopano yikani udzu wachitsulo ndi mbatata. Onetsetsani ndi kuphimba poto. Pezani lawi la moto ndikuphika mpaka mbatata ili yabwino.
- Onetsani mchere kuti mulawe ndi kusakaniza bwino.
- Chitani njira yolondola ndi Chapati yotentha (Indian flatbread) ndi zomwe mumakonda Daal (mphodza).
