- 500 gms mwana mbatata peeled
- 2 lalikulu wobiriwira belu tsabola / capsicum
- 2 tbsps masamba / canola / mpendadzuwa
- mafuta ophika
- 1 tsp nyemba mbewu
- 3 tbsps finely akanadulidwa adyo
- 2 tsp coriander ufa
- 1 tsp ufa wa chitowe
- 1/2 tsp
- turmeric ufa
- 1/2 tsp wofiira
- chili poda
- 1/2 Tsp yai mango ufa
- mchere kuti mulawe
- 1 tsp zitsulo masala powder
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Kutenthetsa mafuta mu poto yolemera-pansi pa pepala lamoto. Onjezani chitowe mbewu ndi mwachangu mpaka phokoso lokhazikika.
- Onjezani adyo ndi mwachangu mpaka zofewa.
- Onjezerani mbatata ndi zonunkhira. Nyengo ndi mchere kuti mulawe ndi kusakaniza bwino.
- Cook mpaka mbatata yachitidwa, kuyambitsa kawirikawiri ndi modekha (kupewa kusokoneza mbatata). Madzi ochepa pokhapokha ngati akufunika.
- Onjezani capsicum ndikuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri. Fukani garamu masala powder ndikuphimba pomwepo.
- Kutumikira otentha ndi Chapati (chipani cha Indian ) kapena mpunga wophika ndi Kaali Daal ( lakuda lentil curry ).
