Momwe Mungapangire Izo
1) Kutentha uvuni ku 200F.
2) Nkhumba zamphongo za nkhumba mowolowa manja ndi mchere ndi tsabola.
3) Kutenthetsa mafuta mu skillet wamba ( osati osalumikiza) pamwamba pa kutentha kwakukulu. Onjezani nkhumba ndikuphika mbali zonse mpaka mutayika, pafupi maminiti atatu kumbali. Mamiyala am'magawo pa mbale mu uvuni.
4) Sungunulani batala mu skillet. Onjezerani shallots, maapulo, masewera, ndi rosemary ndi kupitiliza mpaka kudulidwa. Onjezerani Calvados ndi nkhuku zogwiritsira ntchito nkhuku ndi kuzizira poto.
