- Nsomba ya nsomba KAPENA odya zakudya: Gwiritsani ntchito 1 tbsp. soya msuzi kuphatikizapo uzitsine mchere
- 1 mpaka 2 cloves adyo, minced
- 1 tsp. shuga wofiira
- Zosankha: 1/4 tsp. zouma zowonongeka chikasu
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Place letesi mu saladi mbale pamodzi ndi kasupe anyezi ndi basil.
- Lembani nkhaka kutalika mu zidutswa zakuda zofanana, OR kuti mukhale ndi nthawi yowonjezereka: Gwiritsani ntchito tsamba la mbatata ndikuwongolera nkhaka mumitambo yaitali, yowonda (onani chithunzi). Ngati magawowo atalika kwambiri kuti adye mosavuta, adulewo theka kapena theka.
- Onjezani nkhaka ndi coriander ku mbale ya saladi ndikuponyera palimodzi.
