- 1 tbsp. cornstarch (mkati mwa 1/4 chikho madzi)
- Dzira 1 (yomenyedwa)
- 1 zobiriwira anyezi (finely akanadulidwa)
- Tsabola woyera kuti alawe (osati supuni imodzi)

- Kuphimbidwa nkhumba. Sakanizani zosakaniza marinade ndi marinate nkhumba kwa mphindi 20.
