Zakudya za ku Indonesian zakhala zikuthandiza kwambiri ku Thai kuphika. Chimodzi mwa zakudya zodziwika kwambiri ku Indonesia ku Thailand ndi Asia konse zimatulutsa nkhuku kapena ng'ombe. - 2 tsp. msuzi wa soya (mdima)
- 4 tbsp.
- nsomba msuzi
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 kukweza tbsp. coriander (nthaka)
- 1 tbsp. chitowe (nthaka)
- 1 1/2 tsp. sinamoni
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1 tsp.
- Nkhumba zoumba (zomwe zimapezeka ndi mtsuko pa malo ogulitsa chakudya cha ku Asia, kapena kuwonjezera 1 tbsp. Nsomba zambiri za nsomba)
- Kwa Dish:
- 1 lb. zidutswa za nkhuku
- Zosankha: nyenyezi ziwiri (zonse, zopezeka m'masitolo a ku Asia)
- Kwa zokongoletsa:
- Mwachidziwitso: masamba a coriander (masamba a cilantro atsopano)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Ikani zonse zopatsa msuzi mu pulogalamu ya chakudya. Ndondomeko yabwino kupanga mawonekedwe wandiweyani curry. Ngati mulibe pulogalamu yamakono , ingodulani anyezi ndi zitsamba zokometsera bwino ndikuphatikiza ndi mkaka wa kokonati, zonunkhira, ndi zina. Zitsambazi ndi zonunkhirazi zingathe kukhazikitsidwa pamodzi ndi pestle ndi matope.
- Yesetsani kukoma kwa mchere ndi zonunkhira, kuwonjezera msuzi wa nsomba ngati sali mchere wokwanira. Ngati si zokometsera zokwanira, onjezerani zitsamba kapena chilimu msuzi . Ngati muli wowawasa kwambiri, onjezerani shuga wofiira kwambiri.
- Ikani msuzi mu wokiti kapena mphika pa sing'anga-kutentha kwakukulu. Yonjezerani zidutswa za nkhuku kuphatikizapo nyenyezi zonse, ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito, ndikuyendetsa bwino.
