2. Fryani mwanawankhosa kwa mphindi zingapo mpaka atayika. Chotsani mu mphika mpaka mtsogolo.
3. Fryani anyezi mpaka mutengere mu mphika, pafupi mphindi ziwiri.
4. Pewani zonunkhira zowuma ndikuwonjezerani ndi adyo. Kuphika kwa mphindi imodzi kumathandiza kutentha kwa mafuta kutulutsa fungo la zonunkhira.
