- 6 Pamagulu (magulu akuluakulu omwe amawonekera ngati burger koma ali ochepa, kotero mukhoza kulowa mmalo)
- Chikho chimodzi Tamarind Chutney
- 1 chikho Cintendo Coriander Chutney
- 1/2 chikho Shengdaana Lehsun Chutney (mtedza wa mandimu chutney)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Muphimba lalikulu losakaniza, sakanizani ufa wa Bengal gramu / sungani ndi madzi okwanira ndi mchere kuti mulawe, kuti mupange tinthu tambirimbiri, phalala. Nthawi zonse onjezerani madzi pang'ono panthawi kuti musatenge batter. Imani pamene batter ikugwirizana ndi msuzi wandiweyani. Mukakonzeka, khalani pambali kuti mugwiritse ntchito.
- Sakanizani mchere wa ginger ndi adyo ndikuonjezerani mabala a chilonda. Ikani mu phala losalala mu pulogalamu ya chakudya.
- Sakanizani phala ili ndi mbatata yosenda. Nyengo ndi mchere.
- Kutenthetsa 2 tbsps ya mafuta mu poto pamoto wonyezimira ndi kuwonjezera mbewu za mpiru, masamba a curry, ndi turmeric powder. Mwachangu mpaka mbewu zilepheretsa kuphulika.
- Onjezerani izi ku mbatata ndikusakaniza bwino.
- Gawani kusakaniza kwa mbatata m'magawo ochepa kwambiri kuposa mpira wa tenisi. Sothen ndi kupukuta pakati pa mitengo ya palmu ya mafuta.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta kuti atenge kwambiri pamoto wamkati.
- Pamene mafuta akutenthedwa, idyani nyemba imodzi ya mbatata pang'onopang'ono pa ufa wa gramu kuti muvale bwino ndiyeno mutenge fry mpaka golidi. Sambani pamapukutu a pamapepala.
- Tengani Pav Pav, patulidwa pakati (osamaliza - musachoke m'mphepete mwa limodzi) ndipo muikepo supuni imodzi ya Tamarind Chutney , Mint-Coriander Chutney, ndi Shengdaana Lehsun Chutney .
