- Ikani nkhuku mu thumba la pulasitiki.
- Sakanizani soya msuzi, shuga wofiirira, mirin, madzi, mafuta, ginger, 1/2 wa anyezi wobiriwira, ndi adyo.
- Thirani theka la chisakanizo pamwamba pa nkhuku kuonetsetsa kuti nkhuku ili bwino.
- Mulole mpweya utuluke mu thumba, chisindikizo, ndipo uike mufiriji kwa mphindi 30.
- Pamene nkhuku ikuyenda, ikani theka la chisakanizo mu kasupe kakang'ono ndipo mubweretse kuwira kwa mphindi imodzi. Onetsetsani kuti muthamanga nthawi zambiri.
- Kuchepetsa kutentha ndi kulola msuzi kuimirira kwa mphindi 6-8.
