- Mitundu yaing'ono yosasunthika (zikopa zachotsedwa)
- Ndizitsulo za turmeric
- 1/2 laimu (juiced)
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Zokongoletsa: coriander odulidwa
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Ikani poha mu sieve ndikusamba pansi pamadzi kwa mphindi ziwiri. Khalani pambali kuti muthe.
- Thirani mafuta poto pamoto wonyezimira ndi kuwonjezera mbewu za mpiru, masamba a curry, ndi tizilombo tating'alu. Mwachangu mpaka spluttering ayimire kenaka yikani anyezi. Fry mpaka yofewa ndi yotuluka.
- Onjezerani mandimu ndi mbatata ndipo nthawi zambiri mumayambitsa, kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Sakanizani poha kuti muchotse madzi onse ndi kuwonjezerapo pa kusakaniza pamwambapa. Onjezerani ndi turmeric powder ndi kusonkhezera bwino kuti muphatikize zonse zosakaniza.
- Koperani kwa mphindi imodzi. Dulani moto. Thirani madzi a mandimu pamwamba pa poha ndikusakaniza bwino.
- Kukongoletsa ndi coriander wodulidwa ndikutumikira nthawi yotentha. Poha amakonda kwambiri Mint-Coriander Chutney !
