- 4 makapu (1 lita imodzi) yosakaniza masamba a saladi (osambitsidwa)

1. Gwiritsani mafuta a maolivi, mandimu, mpiru, anyezi, thyme, mchere ndi tsabola wakuda mu galasi yamkati kapena pulasitiki. Ikani mawere a nkhuku mu thumba la pulasitiki. Dulani supuni ziwiri za kuvala pa iwo. Malo otsala kuvala kwa nthawi ina. Onetsetsani kuti aphimbidwa bwino. Sindikizani thumba ndi malo mufiriji kwa maola 1 kapena 4.
2. Preheat grill. Malo nkhuku pa grill ndi kuphika pafupi mphindi 6 mpaka 7 mbali iliyonse kapena pamene kutentha kwa mkati mu gawo lakuda kwambiri la mfuzi kumafika madigiri 165 F.
3. Mukamaliza, chokani kuchoka ku grill ndikudula pang'ono.
4. Ponyani nkhuku, masamba a saladi komanso zovala zotsalira. Pamwamba ndi cheese feta ndikutumikira.
