- Gwiritsani ntchito 1 mandimu panthawi imodzi, dulani mandimu mu theka ndi juzi mpaka mutenge 1/2 chikho cha madzi a mandimu (simungasowe mandimu onse-amasiyana kwambiri ndi madzi omwe amachokera).
- Sakanizani madzi ndi shuga mu kapu yaing'ono. Bweretsani chisakanizo kuti chithupsa pazomwe-kutentha kwakukulu. Pewani kutentha kuti mukhale wofatsa ndi kuphika mpaka madziwo atakwanika pang'ono, pafupi maminiti khumi.
- Onjezerani zitsulo zosungidwa za mandimu. Tumizani madziwo ku mbale yaing'ono yachitsulo ndipo mukhalemo mpaka ozizira, pafupifupi mphindi 20.
