OR gwiritsani ntchito 4 Tbsp. Mazira okonzedwa (minced) mandimu, omwe amapezeka m'mapope a pulasitiki mu gawo lafriji m'masitolo ambiri a ku Asia / Chinese.
Kukonzekera Lemongrass Yatsopano: Chotsani masamba onse akunja omwe ali owuma kapena owonjezera. Dulani babu ndi kutaya. Tsopano sulani mmunsi pansi 1/3 wa phesi. Pamalo amenewa a Tom Yum, simungadye mandimuyi (izi ndizimene zikuchitika ku Thai kuphika), kotero simukuyenera kuyika kagawo kakang'ono. Gwiritsani ntchito phesi lakumwamba komanso kudula mu masentimita 4 inchi. Onjezerani mandimu yowonongeka pamtengo (kuphatikizapo mapepala apamwamba, ngati mumagwiritsa ntchito mandimu yatsopano), ndipo mubweretse supu kwa chithupsa.

Ngati mumagwiritsa ntchito nsomba zazing'ono, onetsetsani kuti mumayamwa nsalu yoyamba (mungathe kuchita izi mofulumira mwa kuziika mu mbale ya madzi amadzi). Onani kuti shrimp yaiwisi idzaphika mu mphindi 2-3 zokha. Zamasamba / Vegans: Patsani makapu 1-2 osakaniza tofu, opangidwa mu cubes. Yonjezerani tofu kumapeto kwa chiyambi, musanayese-kuyesa, kapena idzagwa.

Ngati mulibe mchere wambiri, onjezerani msuzi wa nsomba, msuzi wa soya, kapena mchere wambiri. Ngati ndi okoma kwambiri kapena amchere, onjezerani wina kufinya madzi a mandimu. Onjezerani nyemba zambiri ngati kutentha, kapena mkaka wambiri wa kokonati / mkaka wouma ngati uli wokometsera kwambiri chifukwa cha kukoma kwanu.
Idyani msuzi mu mbale ndi pamwamba ndi kukonkha mowolowa manja kwa basil ndi coriander.
Tidbit: Onetsetsani kuti mumauza alendo omwe ali atsopano ku chakudya cha ku Thai safunikira kudya zidutswa za mandimu kapena tsamba la laimu. Nthawi yoyamba yomwe ndinali ndi msuzi wa Tom Yum, ndinayesa theka la lemongrass mu mbale yanga munthu wina asandilole kuti ndichoke. Kondwerani !!
