- 1 khungu laling'ono, lodulidwa
- 1 yaying'ono Vidalia anyezi, opundulidwa
- 1 phesi udzu winawake wodulidwa
- 1 karoti, yodulidwa
- 1 mbatata wamba, peeled ndi akanadulidwa
- 4 makapu masamba, madzi kapena nkhuku
- Supuni 2 tamari
- Supuni 1 kogogoda (mwakufuna)
- 1 bay tsamba
- 2 supuni ya supuni yotchedwa thyme yatsopano
- Supuni ya 1 yokometsetsa rosemary yatsopano
- Mchere wamchere
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sungani bowa la shiitake ndikusunga madzi. Dulani bowa onse. Thirani mafuta pazitsulo zamkati mu mphika wa supu.
- Onjezerani bowa kuti aziphika pamodzi ndi shallot, leek, anyezi, udzu winawake, karoti, ndi mbatata. Lonjezerani kutentha kwa sing'anga-wapamwamba, ndi kuphika ndiwo zamasamba, kuyambitsa nthawi zambiri, mpaka atayamba kuchepa, pafupi maminiti khumi.
- Onjezerani kuthira madzi kuchokera ku bowa, katundu, tamari, kogogo, ndi tsamba la bay. Bweretsani kwa chithupsa, kuchepetsa kutentha, ndi kutentha maminiti 30.
- Wonjezerani thyme ndi rosemary, ndi puree ndi dzanja lowoneka bwino mpaka losalala.
- Nyengo kuti mulawe komanso simmer zina zina zisanu.
