Amatchedwa Mfumu ya Zipatso chifukwa cha kukula kwakukulu (pafupifupi mamita 1 kutalika), kulemera, ndi kuchuluka kwa zipatso zomwe zilipo. Kawirikawiri, wachiwiri amatha kukonda kapena kudedwa. Zipatso zake ndi zokoma komanso zosaoneka bwino, ndi madzi pang'ono-zingakukumbutseni za creamsicle. Durian ikhoza kudyedwa mwatsopano kapena kugwiritsidwa ntchito popanga zakudya zosiyanasiyana.
Chinthu chodabwitsa chokhudza Durian ndi chakuti imakhala ndi fungo lamphamvu kwambiri-komanso imaletsedwa m'madera ambiri a kumwera kwa Asia, kuphatikizapo zipatala ndi sitima. Poyenda, nthawi zonse zimakhala zosangalatsa kwa anthu akumadzulo kuona chizindikiro cha "no durian" chomwe chimayikidwa pambali pa zizindikiro za "kusuta fodya"!

Zipatso za Durian zimatulutsa bwino ndipo nthawi zambiri zimatumizidwa ndikugulitsidwa chisanu. Sungani bwana wanu mufiriji kapena malo ozizira mpaka mutakonzeka kuti mutsegule.

Copyright Darlene A. Schmidt Pofuna kudula chipatsocho, khalani pansi pambali pamtunda woyera. Pogwiritsa ntchito mpeni waukulu, wodula khungu lakuda pamwamba pa durian, pafupifupi mainchesi 3 mpaka 4 kutalika. Pamene mukudula, bwererani khungu ndi dzanja lanu lina, monga momwe tawonetsera.

Kudya Zipatso za Ntchito Yanu-Mwachidule

Perekani mpunga wa Laotian ndi mayesero a duiri , chakudya chokoma chokoma ndi mkaka wa kokonati. Kapena mwinamwake zokometsera zokometsera ayisikilimu zokometsedwa ndi durian-kusintha kochokera ku vanila!
Ndipo gawo lopambana ndi lakuti durian ndi wathanzi kwambiri, ndi mavitamini apamwamba ndi mchere. Ndilopadera pakati pa zipatso chifukwa liri ndi mavitamini ovuta kwambiri (okongola kwa odyetsa zamasamba!). Amakhalanso ndi zakudya zambiri m'thupi komanso vitamini C, potassium, amino acid, mkuwa, chitsulo, ndi magnesium.
