Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Kutentha 2 tbsp. ya mafuta ophika mu poto wakuya ndipo pamene yatentha, onjezerani anyezi. Fry mpaka golide pang'ono. Dulani moto. Gwiritsani ntchito supuni yochepetsedwa kuti muchotse anyezi mu poto ndi kuwaika mu pulogalamu ya chakudya. Gulani anyezi, tomato, ndi tizilombo tobiriwira mu phala losalala. Yesani kuwonjezera madzi mukupera, ngati n'kotheka.
- Sungani mafuta otsalawo mu poto imodzi ndikuwonjezera phala limene mwangopanga. Mwachangu kwa mphindi ziwiri kapena zitatu.
- Onjezerani ginger ndi pastes adyo , zonunkhira zonse (coriander ufa, chitowe ufa, garam masala powder, ufa wophika ndi tsabola wofiira) kenaka kusakaniza ndi mwachangu mpaka mafuta ayamba kupatukana ndi masala (tomato-zonunkhira zosakaniza) .
- A 2 c. Madzi otentha kwa masala uyu ndipo mubweretse kuwira kwa moto wonyezimira.
- Ngati kuwonjezera mbatata kumatala, onjezerani tsopano ndi kuphika mpaka theka litachitika.
- Gawo linawotcha mazira owiritsa ndiwowonjezera mofatsa ku gravy. Sungani nyali ndikuphika kwa mphindi khumi kapena mpaka mchenga wafalikira kapena wapita pafupifupi 3/4 wa kuchuluka kwapachiyambi (musanawonjezere madzi). Ngati mwawonjezera mbatata iwo ayenera kuphika tsopano.
