- 3 tbsps masamba / canola / mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- 1 tsp garam masala

- Thirani mafuta poto ndikuwonjezera mbewu za chitowe. Akasiya kuphulika, onjezerani anyezi ndi adyo komanso mwachangu mpaka golide wonyezimira.
- Onjezerani maluwa okongola ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi.
- Onjezerani tomato ndi turmeric ufa ndi kusakaniza bwino. Kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Yonjezerani okra, sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi zisanu.
- Onjezerani prawns, shuga wofiira, madzi a mandimu ndi mchere kuti mulawe ndi kusakaniza bwino. Kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3. Chotsani moto, perekani garam masala pa okra ndi prawns ndikuphimba pomwepo.
- Kutumikira patatha mphindi ziwiri ndi chapati (Indian flatbread) kapena mpunga wophika ndi lentilo mbale.
