Chimene Mufuna
- 1 chikho Moong Daal (kugawidwa chikasu lentil) kuchapa bwino
- 1 chikho Masoor Daal (kugawaniza mphodza zofiira) kutsukidwa bwino
- 1/4 tsp asafetida
- 1 tsp turmeric ufa
- 1 tsp
- tsabola wofiira
- 2 tbsps masamba / canola / mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa
- 1 anyezi wamkulu odulidwa bwino
- 1 tomato wamkati wodulidwa bwino
- 1 tbsp adyo phala
- 1/2 tbsp ginger kuphatikiza
- 2 tsp coriander ufa
- 1 tsp ufa wa chitowe
- 1 tsp
- Sambar Masala
- 2 tbsps
- ghee
- 7-8 masamba obirira
- 1 tsp
- Paanch Phoran
- 2 maluwa okoma okometsera bwino (mwachangu)
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Masamba a coriander atsekedwa kukongoletsa (pafupifupi 1/4 chikho)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani 2 osambitsidwa Daals pamodzi pomukanikiza ndi kuwonjezera madzi okwanira kuti muphimbe. Onjezani asafetida, 1/2 tsp ya kapu yamchere ndi wofiira ndi mchere kuti mulawe ndi kuphimba. Konzani kuti muphike pamoto wamkati. Lolani kuimbira mluzi / kutsegulidwa ndi kuchepetsa kutentha kwa moto. Kuphika mpaka mutamva kulira kwa mluzi / kuthamanga kwapadera 2 ndi kutseka. Khalani pambali musatsegule wothamanga.
- Kutenthetsa mafuta ophika pamoto wakuya, wolemera-pansi pamoto wonyezimira. Onjezani anyezi ndi mwachangu mpaka translucent.
- Onjezerani tomato, ginger ndi adyo pastes ndi mwachangu mpaka tomato ndi ofewa ndi pulpy.
- Onjezerani zonse zonunkhira - coriander, chitowe, Sambar Masala ndi otsala 1/2 tsp a turmeric ndi ofiira a chilili powders. Sakanizani bwino ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi zisanu ndi zisanu ndi ziwiri.

- Chotsani moto ndi kuwonjezera chisakanizo ichi ku Daal. Onetsetsani bwino.
- Zokongoletsa ndi masamba a coriander odulidwa ndikutumikira otentha ndi Chapati kapena mpunga wophika.
