Chimene Mufuna
- Miphika 2 (30 ml) mbewu za cardamom
- Supuni 2 (30 ml) mbewu za chitowe
- Mbeu 2 (supuni 30) za coriander
- Supuni 2 (30 mL) peppercorns wakuda
- Sinamoni imodzi yokhala (pafupifupi pafupifupi mainchesi atatu)
- Supuni ya 1 (5 mL) cloves lonse
- Supuni ya supuni imodzi (5 mL) yowuma zowonjezera
- Supuni ya supuni imodzi (5 mL) turmeric
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
Sula ndodo ya sinamoni mu zidutswa zing'onozing'ono. Gwirani ndi mbewu za cardamom, chitowe, coriander, peppercorns ndi cloves lonse mu dry skillet pan pa sing'anga kutentha kwambiri. Kusunga zonunkhira kusunthira, kupweteka mpaka muthe kununkhira fungo lawo ndipo mbewu zimayamba kuvunda. Chotsani kutentha ndi kutsanulira mu pulogalamu ya chakudya kapena zonunkhira zonunkhira ndikupera mu ufa wabwino. Onjezerani zakudya zam'madzi ndi zowonjezera.
