- 1/2 chikho mkaka
- 2 tomato yaikulu (odulidwa)
- 3 tbsp. zinyenyeswazi za mkate
- 1 uzitsani mchere (kulawa)
- 1 kutsani tsabola (kulawa)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
Chotsani uvuni ku madigiri 400. Gwiritsani mafuta pang'ono mapepala ndi kuphika magawo a biringanya kwa mphindi 20-30 kapena mpaka, koma mushy. Khalani pambali.
