- Sakanizani zonona, viniga wosasa, shuga horseradish, ndi tsabola mu mbale yaikulu. Onjezerani grated radish ndi kusonkhezera kuvala.
- Lolani saladi akhale (ozizira kapena firiji) kwa mphindi khumi ndi zisanu. 1 - 2 maola ndi yabwino kwambiri asanayambe kutumikira.
Saladi ikhoza kukhalanso jazzed ndi cubed, bello tsabola, kaloti kapena grasi.
