  1. Mu mbale, phatikiza mwanawankhosa, mafuta a maolivi, tsabola, mchere ndi tsabola wofiira. Lolani kuti muziyenda maola awiri kapena atatu musanaphike.
  2. Ikani ng'ombe yophika pamadzi pa skewers (pafupifupi 6 cubes per skewer). Onetsetsani kuti mugwiritse ntchito chovala choyera cha mafuta pa skewer musanayambe kudula nyama.
  3. Ikani masamba pa osiyana skewers, osakaniza mtundu wa masamba. Nyama ndi zophika zimaphika pa skewers zosiyana chifukwa nyama imatenga nthawi yaitali kuti ikhale yofiira.
  1. Cook lamb shashlik skewers pa grill kapena pansi pa broiler kwa mphindi 10 mpaka 12, kapena mpaka kufuna kukhuta. Sinthani kuti muphike ngakhale kuphika.
  2. Grill masamba skewers kwa mphindi zisanu zokha. Tembenukani. Mbewu ziyenera kukhala zokoma, komabe zimakhala zokoma. Samalani kuti musagwedezeke.
