- 1/4 chikho Chopangira Daal - nagawa ya njiwa yamagazi
- 1/4 chikho
- Chana Daal - split Bengal gram
- 1/4 chikho
- Saabut Moong Daal -
- utoto wonyezimira wonse
- 1/4 chikho
- Gwiritsani Urad Daal - patukani mphodza wakuda
- 1/4 chikho Saabut Masoor Daal - lentilo yonse yofiira
- 3 tbsps masamba / canola / mafuta ophikira mpendadzuwa
- 2 anyezi akuluakulu odulidwa bwino
- 1 tsp coriander ufa
- 1 tsp ufa wa chitowe
- 1/2 tsp
- turmeric ufa
- 1/2 Tsp tsabola wofiira
- Phula la asafetida
- 3 tbsp anasungunuka ghee
- 1 tsp Paanch Phoran (onani Chinsinsi pansipa)
- 2 tomato yaikulu odulidwa bwino
- 5 tbsps yogurt amatsitsidwa mpaka yosalala
- Chokongoletsedwa chatsopano chokongoletsera
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Sakanizani zovuta zonse - Toor Daal , Chana Daal , Saabut Moong Daal , Split Urad Daal ndi Saabut Masoor Daal - pamodzi mu mbale ndikusamba bwino.
- Lembani madzi otsukidwa m'madzi mozama kuti muwaphimbe, kwa maola awiri. Sakani madzi aliwonse otsalira ndikuyika zipsinjo mu poto ndi madzi otentha. Mudzaza madzi kuti mlingo uli ndi manambala awiri pamwamba pa daals.
- Onetsani mchere kuti mulawe ndi kuwira mpaka zozizwitsa zophika - zidzakhala zofewa. Onjezerani madzi ambiri ngati mukufunikira. Kutsilizitsa kotsirizira kumakhala ngati khalala kakang'ono ka oatmeal.
- Mu poto ina, tenthe mafuta pakati pa moto mpaka kutentha. Onjezerani anyezi ndi mwachangu mpaka golide wonyezimira. Tsopano yikani zonunkhira zopangidwa ndi ufa ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi 4-5, kuyambitsa nthawi zambiri.
- Onjezerani daals wophika kuti musakanikizidwe ndikugwedeza bwino. Lembani ndi supuni yanu yogwiritsa ntchito kuti muphwanyidwe ndi daals.
- Mu poto ina yaing'ono, tenthetsani ghee pa sing'anga kutentha. Mukatentha , onjezerani Paanch Phoran ndi mwachangu mpaka kuima. Tsopano yikani tomato, yogurt ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi 4-5. Chotsani pamoto ndikuonjezerani kusakaniza koyambirira . Onetsetsani kuti muphatikize ndikuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri zina.
- Chotsani pamoto, kuyika kutumikira mbale, zokongoletsa ndi coriander odulidwa ndi kutumikira.
