Chimene Mufuna
- 1 kg makilogalamu a nkhosa
- 1/2 chikho yogurt
- 2 Bay masamba
- 8-10 cloves
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 "chidutswa cha
- sinamoni
- 5-6 mapaipi a cardamom
- 2 tsp coriander ufa
- 1 tsp ufa wa chitowe
- 1/4 tsp
- turmeric ufa
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 3-4 Kashmiri youma wonyezimira wofiira pansi
- 2 tbsps adyo phala
- 2 tbsps ginger kuphatikiza
- 4 tbsps masamba / canola / mpendadzuwa
- mafuta ophika
- 2 anyezi wamkulu omwe akudulidwa bwino
- 2 makapu ng'ombe / mwanawankhosa katundu
- 1 chikho madzi
- mchere kuti mulawe
- 5 tsp zonona
- Masamba a Coriander kukongoletsa
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Mu mbale, sakanizani mwanawankhosa ndi yogurt ndi kumbali. Izi zidzakondweretsa mwanawankhosa.
- Thirani mafuta mu poto wakuya ndikuwonjezera zonunkhira (sinamoni, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, peppercorns). Fry mpaka atembenuka pang'ono mdima.
- Tsopano onjezerani anyezi ndi mwachangu mpaka atembenuke kuwala kwa golidi.
- Onjezani ginger ndi pastes adyo komanso mwachangu kwa mphindi.
- Onjezerani zonunkhira (coriander, chitowe, turmeric, Kashmiri chilly ndi garam masala ) ndipo mwachangu mpaka mafuta achoke ku masala.
- Onjezerani kusakaniza nyama ndi yogati kwa masala ndi mwachangu bwino.
- Onjezerani msuzi wa ng'ombe , madzi ndi mchere kuti mulawe. Cook mpaka gravy yafupika. Muziganiza nthawi zambiri. Nkhumba ziyenera kukhala zakuda pamene zatha.
- Whisk kirimu mpaka yosalala ndi kuwukakamiza kuti upange kusakaniza bwino.
- Kongoletsani ndi masamba a coriander ndipo mutumikire ndi mpunga wophika kapena pulao ndi masamba odyera.
