- 4 mpaka 5 makapu mafuta ophikira (makamaka, ngati pakufunikira, kapena mafuta ophikira a mpendadzuwa)

- Ikani nkhuku mu mbale yayikulu yosasakanikirana ndi kuwonjezera madzi a mandimu, phala la adyo, phala la ginger, ufa wofiira, shuga, masitini ndi mchere.
