- Kwa a Kofta:

- Mazira 2
- 1/2 tsp coriander ufa
- 1/2 Tsp utini wa ufa
- 1/4 Tsp ufa wa ufa (raw mango powder)
- 1/4 Tsp khalala masala
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- 1/2 chikho sooji / semolina
- Mafuta ophika masamba / mpendadzuwa / canola kuti apange phokoso la koftas
- Kwa Gravy:
- 5 tbsps mafuta mafuta
- 2 osakaniza kakulidwe anyezi (kudula pakati)
- 3 osakaniza kakulidwe tomato (kudula pakati)
- 2 ntchentche zobiriwira
- 2 tsps phala adyo
- 2 tsats wosakaniza ginger
- 2 tsps coriander ufa
- 1 tsp ufa wa chitowe
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric ufa
- 1/2 Tsp wofiira wa chilli
- Dash mchere (kapena kulawa)
- 1/2 chikho mwatsopano coriander masamba (akanadulidwa, kukongoletsa)

Kupanga koftas:
- Ikani zikopa za tunawa mu mbale yayikulu, yakuya ndikupaka mpaka ziphuphu zathyoledwa kwathunthu.
- Onjezerani zowonjezera zonse - kupatula semolina ndi mafuta ophikira masamba / mpendadzuwa / canola. Sakanizani bwino ndi supuni kapena manja anu mpaka zonse zogwiritsidwa bwino zithetsedwa. Phulani theka la sooji mu mbale - tizitsitsa koftas kuti tivale. Izi zimapangitsa koftas kukhala okongola, golide, pang'ono phokoso kunja!
- Pangani nsomba mu masentimita atatu / ma soseji ndipo mupange kofta iliyonse mu semolina kuti ikhale yopota pang'ono.
- Pamene mukuchita izi, yanizani mafuta ophika okwanira pamoto wosaya kwambiri, kuti muwope / kutentha pang'ono koftas nthawi imodzi. Tidzakhala owonjezera mafuta pamene mafutawa adzalumikizidwa. Onjezerani monga momwe mukufunira panopa.
- Pezerani koftas pang'ono pang'onopang'ono kusamala kuti musawasonyeze poto. Yang'anani mwatcheru ndi kutembenukira mbali iliyonse.
- Koftas imachitika pamene ili ndi crispy ndi golide kumbali zonse. Khalani pambali pa mapepala a mapepala a mtsogolo.
Kupanga gravy:
- Kutenthetsa 2 tbsps mafuta ophika mu poto wakuya (pa moto wapakati) ndipo pamene mukuwotcha, onjezerani anyezi. Fry mpaka golide pang'ono. Kutseka kutentha. - Onjezerani ginger ndi adyosale, adyowa onse, kuphatikizapo garam masala , kusakaniza ndi mwachangu mpaka mafuta ayamba kupatukana ndi masala (tomato-spice mix mix).
- Tsopano onjezerani makapu awiri a madzi ofunda awa masala ndipo mubweretse ku chithupsa pa sing'anga kutentha. Sungani ndi kuphika mpaka gravy yadzaza / kuchepetsedwa kufika pafupifupi 3/4 ya kuchuluka kwapachiyambi (pamene munawonjezera madzi).
- Tsopano yikani koftas mofatsa ku gravy. Kuphika kwa mphindi imodzi, kutentha koftas. Onetsetsani mosamala kuti musamawaswe.
- Chotsani kutentha ndi zokongoletsa ndi masamba a coriander odulidwa. Kutumikira otentha ndi mpunga ndi masamba odyera mbali.
