- 2 1/4 lbs. (1 makilogalamu) nkhuku yopanda pake, khungu limachotsedwa
- 1 chikho nkhuku katundu
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- 5 mpaka 6 tbsp. zolemetsa zolemetsa, zong'ambika
- 2 tsp. garam masala
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Phulani maamondi mumtundu wabwino ndikuika pambali.
- Kutenthetsa ghee mu poto ndikuwongolera anyezi mpaka atasintha.
- Onjezani ginger ndi pastes adyo , sinamoni ndi cardamom ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi.
- Onjezerani coriander, chitowe ndi tsabola wofiira ndi ufa wofiira mpaka ghee ayamba kupatukana ndi masala (spice-anyezi mix). Onjezani nkhuku ndi mwachangu mpaka m'nyanja ndipo nkhuku imatembenuka.
- Onjezerani katundu ndi mchere kuti mulawe ndi kuphika mpaka nkhuku yophika, pafupi ndi 10 mpaka 15 mphindi.
- Whisk kirimu kuti muonetsetse kuti mulibe mitsempha mkati mwake ndi kuwonjezera palimodzi ndi nkhuku ndikugwedeze bwino.
