Msuzi Watsamba Wophiphiritsa wa Chikupu wa Lasagna

Magawo a msuzi woyera, lasagna Zakudyazi, nkhuku , katsitsumzukwa , tsabola wofiira wokazinga, ndi tchizi mozzarella zimapanga lasagna yosazolowereka ndi yosautsa. Dothi la casserole losakanizidwa lingapangidwe kutsogolo ndi kuzizira bwino mpaka nthawi yokaphika.

Sakanizani uvuni ku 375 F. Pangani mbale ya galasi yokhala ndi makilogalamu 5 kapena mapaipi awiri ndi masamba.

Kwa msuzi woyera wa bowa:

  1. Mu poto lalikulu, perekani anyezi ndi mchere ndipo pirani mu mafuta mumsana wofiira mpaka pang'onopang'ono.
  2. Onjezani adyo wodulidwa ndikupatsani mphindi imodzi yokha. Fukuta ndi ufa ndikupitiriza kuphika wina maminiti awiri.
  3. Pamene mukuyambitsa, onjezerani mowa vinyo woyera ndi kuphika mpaka ufa utangidwe, pafupifupi mphindi imodzi. Kupitiriza kusonkhezera, kuwonjezera nkhuku msuzi.
  1. Sindiyani mpaka mutayamba kuthira, kenaka yonjezerani theka ndi theka, tsabola , ndi nutmeg . Sakanizani maminiti asanu, kenaka musunthire mu sage ndi thyme . Sakani mchere ndipo yonjezerani zambiri ngati mukufunikira. (Kumbukirani kuti pasitala idzayamwa mchere, kotero khalani wowolowa manja.) Mulole msuzi uzizizira pang'ono musanasonkhanitse lasagna.

Kwa lasagna:

  1. Chotsani chikho cha 1/2 cha mozzarella tchizi ndipo khalani pambali kuti mupange.
  2. Pezani msuzi wochepa wa msuzi pansi pa mbale yophika, kenaka yambani kuika lasagna motere: lasagna Zakudyazi, nkhuku , katsitsumzukwa , tsabola wofiira wofiira, msuzi, ndi mozzarella tchizi. Muyenera kukhala ndi zigawo 4, potsirizira ndi chikho chosungirako 1/2 cha mozzarella tchizi pamwamba.
  3. Malizitsani mwa kuwaza Parmesan pamwamba pa mozzarella. (Zitha kuchitidwa patsogolo pano, zophimbidwa, ndi firiji mpaka tsiku limodzi.Donjezerani mphindi khumi ndi zisanu (15) nthawi yokwanira ngati mupita kuchokera ku firiji kupita ku uvuni.)


Phimbani ndi kuphika mphindi 30. Chotsani chivindikiro kapena chophimba ndikuphika mphindi 15. Muzipumula mphindi khumi ndi zisanu musanadule kuti mutumikire.
