- 1 mtsuko salsa

- Basil wodula (wothira mwatsopano)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
- Kutentha mafuta mu mphika waukulu pamwamba pa kutentha kwapakati. Yonjezerani anyezi, kuphika mphindi zisanu. Onetsetsani mu adyo, chitowe, ufa wophika ndi oregano.
- Puree amodzi mwa nyemba zakuda, yikani pamphika. Onjezerani kachiwiri ka nyemba zakuda (musakhale woyera). Kutha kumatha kungakhale kwa nyemba zakuda ndi kuwonjezera ku mphika (musakhale woyera).
- Kuchepetsa kutentha ndi kuimirira kwa mphindi 15, kuyambitsa nthawi zambiri. Onjezani tsabola wakuda, kuti mulawe. Msuzi uwu ndi wandiweyani, kotero ufewetse ndi madzi pang'ono, ngati ungakonde.
