- Kwa Avgolemono:
- 5 mazira a dzira
- Supuni 1 ya madzi
- 7/8 chikho cha madzi a mandimu (omangidwira)
Momwe Mungapangire Izo
Sakanizani ng'ombe , mazira awiri, mpunga, katsabola, anyezi, mafuta pang'ono ndi madzi, ndipo mugwiritseni kusakaniza bwino. Onjezerani madzi ambiri kapena mafuta ngati mukufunikira. Pangani zidutswa 34-35.
Mu supu yaikulu poto, bweretsani mchere madzi kwa chithupsa. Chotsani pachimake cha kabichi, ndipo tumizani foloko lalikulu pakati. Sakanizani kabichi, kusiya mphanda. Pamene masamba akunja atembenuzira zobiriwira, kwezani kugwiritsa ntchito mphanda ndikuchotsani masamba ofewa.
