- Onjezerani ng'ombe, nthaka, chitowe, ufa wa adyo, nthaka ya coriander, zouma oregano, tsabola wakuda, mchere, ndi baharat, ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito, ku mbale. Sakanizani bwino (manja oyera amayesetsa kwambiri pa izi) ndikupanga 4 patties ofanana kukula.
