- Chokongoletsera chobiriwira chokongola - kukongoletsa (pafupifupi 2 tbsps)

- Pangani pang'ono, osapangika pang'ono patulira pamwamba pa dzira iliyonse yophika. Khalani pambali chifukwa cha mtsogolo.
- Thirani mafuta ophika pamoto wakuya, wolemera-pansi pa kutentha kwapakati. Mukatenthetsa, onjezerani anyezi ndi mwachangu mpaka golide wonyezimira. Onjezani ginger ndi pastes adyo komanso mwachangu kwa mphindi imodzi. Muziganiza mobwerezabwereza kuti musamawotche.
- Onjezerani zonunkhira zonse ndi mwachangu kwa mphindi imodzi - kapena mpaka zonunkhira ndizochepa mdima.
- Tsopano yonjezerani zonunkhira zonse ndi mafutawa mpaka mafuta ayamba kupatukana ndi masala (zonunkhira). Muziganiza mobwerezabwereza kuti musamawotche. Ngati ndizofunika, perekani madzi pang'ono nthawi ndi nthawi kuti mutha kutentha masala.
- Onjezerani tomato, mchere kuti mulawe ndi mwachangu mpaka tomato ali ndi pulpy. Onetsetsani nthawi zambiri kuti muteteze zonunkhira. Musati muphike pa kutentha kwakukulu.
